April Favourites 2016

It's that time where I come to write my next favourites post, realising that we are once again into a new month.  It's 19 degrees in London today, which is a rarity seeing as it snowed last week.  Nonetheless, I'm excited! I've been patiently waiting for the long, summer nights that are just around the corner.  I also have two holidays to look forward to this year! 

 (Also, Drake's new album was just released like 5 days ago. I'm trying my best to function like a normal human being, but so far, it's not going too well.....)

March Favourites 2016

Happy April, everyone! 

I hope you all had a great easter.  I've eaten way too much chocolate, but I'm slowly getting back on track.  I'm trying so hard to cut down on calories & carbs as I have two holidays coming up this year and I NEED a good bikini bod! I started the squat challenge last week, too.  I'm literally only on my sixth day and my legs are truly giving up! I SHALL PERSIST!

February Favourites 2016

I'm not sure what happened to February..... it's already March tomorrow! I do like winter, however I'm pretty excited to see blossom on the trees and I'm definitely looking forward to some warmer weather (I hope so, anyways).

I've been keeping my spending to a minimum this month, so I don't have TONS of new favourites to share with you guys, but I do have a few!

January Favourites 2016

I've decided that this year I'm going to do a favourites post every month. I love reading these, so it will be lovely to share my fave bits and bobs with you all from skincare, makeup and fragrance to my favourite movies/tv shows and songs of the month!

My Favourite Albums of 2015

Drake - If You're Reading This It's Too Late

 You can call me biased, I don't care! Most people who know me fear my unhealthy, obsessive reaction when the word 'Drake' is mentioned, so I guess this was expected to be my favourite album of the year. Seriously though, after being a huge fan for 7 years, Drake continues to amaze me and even though he has changed and developed his style as an artist, he still delivers such quality, while his charismatic personality shines through! Seeing as this is technically a mixtape, the standard is so high - even debuting at number 1 on the Billboard charts with over 15 million streams in the first week alone. Needless to say, this could have easily been an album. The standout tracks for me are:

Madonna

Star 67

Jungle

6pm in New York

Wednesday Night Interlude (I cannot even discuss this track because I become severely distressed)

10 Bands
Energy

Know Yourself  (I will never forget when he performed this at wireless - it was one of the best moments of my life... apart from when he called me 'babygirl', but that's a story for another day!)

However, as always, I love every single track and this is definitely my most played album of the year. Drake never releases a track that I don't like and for that reason, he's my fave! I can't wait for what 'Views from the Six' will bring to the table!
